Summary
The article examines the pedagogical conditions necessary for the professional self-realization of students in the context of modern labor market requirements; highlights the problems faced by college and university graduates. The authors emphasize the uncertainty of the employment prospects of college and university graduates, as well as the need for professional self-realization, professional training, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The article notes the importance of creating a favorable educational environment both in college and university for the development of the qualities necessary for the competitiveness of graduates in the modern labor market; the impact of social and economic changes on the requirements for their professional activities is considered.
