Summary
The challenges in the development of education and science imply an increasing interest in learning among learners, the development of critical thinking, and the ability to perform logical analyses. To improve the quality of education and to engage learners as much as possible in the learning process, the implementation of collaborative learning and group work is emphasized as a motivating tool and strategy.
The work considers and presents modern methods used during the lesson process to create a more active, engaging, and effective learning environment. Based on theoretical and experimental research conducted by me, proposals have been presented regarding the integration of innovative and contemporary educational methods alongside traditional teaching methods.
Numerous research, including those conducted by me, state the characteristics of learner-centered learning approach, which contribute to improving the educational environment. Learners perceive the educational process as development and self-perfection process, which changes their motivation for learning, continuous acquisition of knowledge, and develop skills.
